I used to love playing in the rain. My kids play outside in the rain too, but I don't prepare them well enough for the rain. You purchased age appropriate outfits for them, so they don't get sick. I give them a kiss and a pat on the head using the we-live-in-Southern-California-and-I-didn't-KNOW excuse. But you live here too... so, I'll have to lie to my children. I'll tell them we live in Hawaii!
