I'd love for similar attention to be given to prostate cancer research - it kills more men than breast cancer kills women, but doesn't have nearly as high a profile. LOL

Seriously, I think it's the tight shoes. When I was running it seemed like my feet would swell a size during the run and then go down again. Lo and behold, it worked! I have high arches (you may too), and the laces pressing against the top of my foot (against nerves I guess) caused the pins and needles. Ask someone at a running store how to lace for high arches (if that is your problem) and it will help so much. I didn't even have to go up a size. Good luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24756113.post-30411186462210778122008-05-25T09:00:00.000-05:002008-05-25T09:00:00.000-05:00I love that picture of Charlie. I'm a fellow SoCal momma!
Just wanted to chime in and second Cindy's comment. My feet always fell asleep while working out and my shoes were a full size too small. When I first went up that size I was flabbergasted at how large my shoes felt but after a few weeks of getting used to it I was amazed that my feet never fell asleep again! Keep up the running, you are an inspiration.
Love your blog.
KatAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24756113.post-64314875609507599062008-05-24T22:07:00.000-05:002008-05-24T22:07:00.000-05:00Glad to hear your date night was wonderful. And as ...Glad to hear your date night was wonderful.

And as I survivor I thank you for putting up the ribbon link on your blog.
